Freedom Class Ships

The Freedom class ships are packed with fun. This class ship introduced Royal Caribbean’s FlowRider, which has been rolled out to many more ships in the fleet. The ships in this class are the Freedom, Independence, and Liberty of the Seas. There’s plenty to do on this ship for all ages and activity levels. If all you want is to lay out at the pool or to soak in a hot tub, you certainly can do it on any of these ships. Be sure to check the dry dock schedule here to see when they are getting updated.

Dining on Freedom Class Ships

Dining options are also plentiful on these ships. While many folks opt for the Windjammer buffet. There is also the Main Dining Room, or Johnny Rockets for no extra charge. At lunch you should also consider perhaps Sorrento’s or Cafe Promenade. Don’t forget that some of the specialty restaurants also offer a lunch menu for a reduced fee. This is a nice way to perhaps enjoy a specialty restaurant for a little less than you would spend at dinner.

There are so many things to do, and so many shows to see. We’ve sailed on this class of ship, specifically on the Freedom of the seas. It’s a nice size. It’s not as small as the Radiance class ships, or as large as the Oasis class ships. This mid-sized ship is just about prefect, and is a favorite for many cruisers.
